The Manor House

Our customer needed a render solution. The property had cracked, patchy render, flaking paint and green organic growth on the walls.

We chose the perfect solution for the walls, Baumits Nanopor Top, a premium self-cleaning render. Extremely durable, dirt- and weather-resistant.

The Farmhouse

The owners of this beautiful farmhouse wanted to rejuvenate the existing traditional render of their property and improve the insulation. Surrounded by manicured gardens and views of the Lincolnshire Wolds, this farmhouse was truly exposed to the elements.

Insulation

RamEco installed 90mm EPS insulation to all the solid walls of the property to reduce heat loss, lower the U-value of the property and prevent penetrating damp.

A beautiful finish

The thin silicone coat render top coat finished the look. The customers chose a beautiful pale pink to complement the house and its surroundings. We think it looks stunning.

Weelsby Road

The owners of this property needed the existing render removed and renewed. The pebble dash render had failed, and the wooden Tudor planks were weathered and rotten.

Out with the old, in with the new

The walls were stripped of the old pebble dash and Tudor boards. A thin coat render system was applied to weatherproof the old solid walls and porous bricks and create a beautiful new look.

The property had the original features rebuilt in EPS insulation board and a silicone silicate top coat applied in white, with black quartz mosaic acrylic render applied to the Tudor beams. Keeping the overall appearance of the property as it was, with a new, clean, and crisp finish.

This property underwent a full scheme of modernisation by the owners. Overlooking the Yorkshire Moors, this property was exposed to high winds and the elements. The customers wanted the house to be warm and cosy in winter and cool in the summer.
